About the role
To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians, and provide family support in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilitiesDesign, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progressRequired qualificationsMaster's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
Must be credentialed with TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, & WellPoint
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
