About the role

The Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge is seeking a Baker to join our Food and Beverage team for the summer season. You will work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, producing fresh baked goods for our dining venues. Requirements include culinary certification or one year of bakery experience, ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler Card, pass a background check, be at least 18, and eligible to work in the United States. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity with benefits where offered.
