Regional Distribution Manager

About the OpportunityA national purchasing and supply chain management organization is seeking a Regional Distribution Manager to oversee distributor relationships, supply chain performance, and operational support across an assigned territory. Serving as the primary liaison between distribution partners, field operations, and internal teams, this role is responsible for ensuring product availability, operational excellence, and exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with customers, distribution partners, suppliers, and internal teamsManage distributor performance, service levels, and KPI reviewsCoordinate the resolution of supply chain and distribution issuesSupport inventory, promotional programs, and operational initiativesLead meetings, communicate updates, and provide ongoing operational supportTravel throughout the assigned region to support customer locations and distribution partnersQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.Experience in distribution management, purchasing, sales, and/or operations required.Background working with distribution partners, customers, vendors, or multi-site operations.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across multiple stakeholders.Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational challenges.Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require.If you're interested in a high-impact role supporting distribution operations, supply chain performance, and strategic business partnerships across a multi-state region, we encourage you to apply.Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)Candidates residing in Arizona or Utah may be considered for a remote work arrangement.
