About the role
Empowering educators remotely, the full-time Partnership Specialist will manage customer relationships, drive sales activities, and present product solutions to enhance growth and retention for a key customer segment.
Key responsibilities
Foster strong customer relationships by managing renewals and new business opportunities
Drive inbound and outbound sales activities through customer meetings and lead management
Develop and implement segmented sales plans, leveraging automation for efficiency
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in EdTech sales, with an education background preferred
Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing strategies
Proficient in CRM tools and analyzing sales data for strategic planning
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work autonomously
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
