Client Manager - North America Create world-class content for leading global brands. Based in NYC, you’ll manage some of our most important client relationships and projects across North America. As a Client Manager, you’ll work on high-impact content and creative programs from briefing through to final delivery - ensuring creative excellence, fast turnarounds and seamless production. You’ll play an important role within our NA team and collaborate closely with our broader global network. You’ll work with leading clients including Meta,, Google, Procter & Gamble, Pinterest, and L’Oreal, delivering best-practice content built for today’s digital platforms. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with regular in-person time with the rest of our NY-based team.
What You'll Do:
  • Work on large-scale content programs and partnerships, ensuring we deliver impactful work that performs
  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted day-to-day partner
  • Manage day-to-day creative and production workflows, including oversight of budgets, timelines and quality to exceed client expectations
  • Manage the process with social creators, from discovery, contracting and coordination to briefing and delivery
  • Collaborate with our creator network to elevate creative ideas and execution for our brands
  • Guide clients in shortlisting creative responses and selecting the right partners to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute ideas to improve our platform, tools and processes for clients and creators
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, creative or production role within an agency, brand or media environment
  • Experience in managing creator content programs, including collaborating directly with social creators across the end-to-end creative process
  • Proven ability to deliver results with a client service mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication and people leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of social and digital content best practice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
