About the role

NRC Health is seeking an Operations Associate to support survey production and data collection across multiple methodologies. The role covers the full lifecycle of the mail survey process, including printing, quality-checking, preparing and processing surveys with specialized equipment, and reviewing returned surveys. The position requires a high school diploma, hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
