Schedule:
Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customs Clerk to join our team on the East Side of El Paso. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customs, logistics, import/export documentation, or administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process import/export documentation. Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and requirements. Review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and customers. Track shipments and provide status updates. Maintain accurate records and enter data into company systems. Perform general administrative duties as needed. Previous customs, logistics, transportation, or office experience preferred. Strong data entry and computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
