About the role

HOKALI is seeking an energetic after-school group leader to manage a group of up to 20 students TK–8th grade in Clayton, MO. You will create a positive, structured after-school experience, lead activities, assist with homework, and ensure safety with the support of an on-site Site Coordinator. The role emphasizes hands-on group management, consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and adherence to provided lesson plans. English fluency and US work eligibility are required.
