About the role

The Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability seeks an interdisciplinary scientist to study lead contamination in spices and consumer products across supply chains. You will coordinate international fieldwork, sampling, and interview-based data collection with partners. You will design survey instruments, ensure IRB compliance, manage field logistics, and contribute to policy-relevant findings. Travel is extensive, with 2–6 week trips, collaborating with government, NGOs, and researchers.
