An independent media agency is seeking a Manager, Direct Negotiation professional specializing in either National Video or Digital Direct media buying. This role will lead partner negotiations, campaign execution, and performance management across premium media channels.
Who You Are: Manager-level media buying and negotiation professional Bachelor's degree required Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing campaigns from activation through reporting Advanced Excel skills and experience with media investment platforms National Video Experience negotiating and buying national linear TVKnowledge of broadcast, cable, sports, and network inventory Mediaocean experience strongly preferredCTV, OTT, OLV, or digital video experience preferred Digital Direct Strong direct digital buying experience Experience negotiating directly with publishers and platforms Background in CTV, streaming video, streaming audio, or publisher-direct media Experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
What You'll Do: Lead negotiations with media partners, networks, publishers, and platforms Manage campaign execution, pacing, optimization, and delivery Evaluate inventory, pricing, and performance opportunities Partner with strategy, analytics, operations, and finance teams Develop reporting and recommendations tied to campaign goals
What Success Looks Like: Campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within budget Negotiations drive strong value and performance outcomes Data-driven insights support ongoing optimization Media partner relationships contribute to successful campaign execution
Salary Range: $92,000 - $100,000
