From building scalable analytics solutions to presenting data-driven recommendations to executives, no two days are the same.What You'll Be DoingDevelop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that support executive decision-makingDeliver actionable insights through advanced analysis and data storytellingContribute to board-level reporting and strategic presentationsPartner with technology and business teams to improve automation and data infrastructureServe as a subject matter expert on transportation data and analytics strategyBuild and maintain scalable datasets, ETL processes, and data pipelinesEnsure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy through documented processesAggregate and analyze data from multiple systems to support strategic initiativesMentor and support analysts by sharing best practices and encouraging professional growthCollaborate across teams to create efficient, data-driven solutions that deliver customer valueWhat Makes You a Great FitBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data warehousingStrong experience influencing business decisions through data analysis and KPI developmentAdvanced analytical and statistical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsStrong programming skills in Python or similar languagesAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, or OracleExperience building and maintaining ETL processes, data pipelines, and reusable datasetsFamiliarity with tools such as dbt, Dagster, GitHub, and Git-based workflowsExperience using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based reporting toolsComfortable working with AI-enabled development tools to improve efficiency and workflowsStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelingExcellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiencesHighly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and supporting teammatesExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plusFamiliarity with knowledge management and documentation tools like Notion is a plusCall to ActionApply now and take the next step in your career.
