About the role

We’re hiring a Project Manager at Laboratory Specialists! We’re a small, experienced team that helps businesses, universities, and other organizations build and maintain laboratory spaces. We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing all the pieces of a project together, from the first set of drawings to the final installation.
What you’ll do: • Manage laboratory installation projects from planning through completion• Coordinate contractors, vendors, suppliers, and installation teams• Keep schedules, materials, budgets, and next steps on track• Spot design or site issues early and help resolve them You could be a great fit if you:• Have project management experience in construction, facilities, specialty installations, or a related field• Can read construction drawings and specifications• Communicate clearly, follow through, and enjoy keeping people aligned• Are willing to learn drafting software; drafting experience is a plus You’ll work directly with the CEO and have a real opportunity to shape how projects run as the company grows. Laboratory experience is welcome, but it isn’t required.
