About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE: $100K+Nurture Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen trusted relationships throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding communities. This is a field-based growth role. The successful candidate will spend most of their time meeting referral partners, developing new business, representing Nurture Care professionally, and helping families connect with the home care they need.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, hospices, senior communities, social workers, and community organizations. Conduct outside marketing visits, relationship-building meetings, presentations, networking events, health fairs, lunch-and-learns, and outreach activities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who is comfortable in the field and motivated by measurable goals. Business development in home care, senior living, referral marketing, community outreach, or sales experience is strongly preferred. Reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and active automobile insurance are required. Digital marketing or social media experience is a plus, but the core of the position is community partnership development and field outreach. PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITYStrong performance is expected to produce first-year earnings of approximately $100K+ through uncapped monthly growth commission. WHAT WE PROVIDECompany laptop or tablet, company mobile phone and business line, CRM and reporting tools, marketing materials, business cards, branded resources, training, and leadership support. ABOUT Nurture Care Nurture Care provides non-medical home care services designed to help older adults and other clients remain safe, supported, and independent at home. Our team works closely with families and referral partners to coordinate dependable, relationship-centered care.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
