- Serves as a source of confidence in unique situations NOTABLE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (essential for moving conference furniture and handling supplies). Constant standing and walking; ability to bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Physical stamina to operate heavy floor machinery and move furniture repeatedly. OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT:Custodial Operations Supervisor TYPICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work may be performed in school buildings. EVALUATION:Employees in this classification are evaluated according to current Board policy. TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:Travel may be necessary between buildings as needed. PAY STRUCTURE: This position is on the hourly, nonunion grade D MAISD salary scale.
