NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expanding Heart & Vascular program in Napa, CA. As a member of our growing cardiology team, you will provide both inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiology services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of cardiovascular specialists committed to achieving the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Our cardiovascular services include: The region's first accredited Chest Pain (Heart Attack) CenterSolano County's only cardiothoracic surgery program Advanced Heart Failure Clinic Comprehensive cardiac imaging and diagnostic testing Structural heart and interventional cardiology services Electrophysiology services Vascular surgery and advanced vascular care Our multidisciplinary team includes non-invasive and interventional cardiologists, cardiac electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons, advanced practice providers, specialized cardiac nurses, and cardiovascular technologists. Together, we deliver coordinated, patient-centered care utilizing both innovative minimally invasive approaches and advanced medical therapies. Conveniently located between San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, our service area offers an exceptional quality of life with access to renowned wine country, outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and vibrant communities.
Position Highlights
Location: Napa, California
Schedule: Monday Friday8:00 AM 5:00 PMPractice Mix:
  • Inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiology

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic studies, including: Echocardiography
  • Nuclear cardiology imaging
  • Exercise and pharmacologic stress testing
  • Interpret advanced cardiovascular imaging, including: Cardiac MRICardiac CT angiography
  • Evaluate and manage patients with: Coronary artery disease
  • Heart failure
  • ArrhythmiasValvular heart disease
  • Other complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Provide inpatient consultations and perform daily cardiovascular rounds
  • Manage outpatient cardiology clinic patients, including preoperative and postoperative cardiac evaluations
  • Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiac surgeons, and APPs to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement and cardiovascular program development initiatives
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted California medical license
  • Expertise in non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics and patient management
  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits: Employed Income Guarantee: $625,790
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000
