Our team includes operators, marketers, and financial leaders with deep experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses over the last two decades. We do not just understand the electrical side. We understand the business side. We provide the backend support that allows strong operators to grow faster: marketing, systems, recruiting, financial oversight, and operational support. The opportunity... We are looking for the right partner to help lead growth in San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, or Fort Worth. This role is designed for someone with strong sales ability who can produce at a high level and build a team behind them. You will start by helping drive sales and operations, with the goal of quickly growing into a market leadership role. Compensation... This role includes a guaranteed base, strong commission upside, profit distributions, and an equity opportunity. The guaranteed base is designed to provide stability while launching a market, with the expectation that a strong salesperson can earn significantly more through performance.
