Job Description:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients and guests in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and office supplies.
Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance.
Assist with ad hoc projects and office management tasks.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
Bachelor's degree required.
Previous reception, administrative or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, adaptable and eager to contribute to team success.
