About the role
HYCU, Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel to own and scale our commercial contracting engine, enabling revenue while protecting the company.
You’ll partner with Sales, GTM, Deal Desk, Finance, and RevOps to drive efficient deal cycles and establish repeatable contracting standards. This role will advise on data protection contracting and IP strategy, support Product and Leadership on privacy, security terms, DPAs, SCCs, and cross-border transfer issues, and report to the CFO.
