Overview In this AI Engineer role at Gainwell Technologies, you design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI, across healthcare technology platforms. Compensation / Benefitsgenerous, flexible vacation policy 401(k) employer matchcomprehensive health benefitseducational assistanceleadership and technical development academiesfully remote opportunity Responsibilities Design and build AI solutions using ML models, GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics for healthcare applications Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments with reliability and scale Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training on large healthcare datasets under HIPAA and regulatory standards Integrate AI solutions into Gainwell’s technology stack with close collaboration with engineering teams Monitor and optimize AI performance (accuracy, efficiency, speed) using MLOps best practices Stay updated with AI/ML advances and explore new technologies to enhance solutions Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and ethical AI principles Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve business processes with AI Key requirements Master’s or Ph. D in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience Hands-on production experience with machine learning, deep learning, and GenAIStrong programming skills in Python and AI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch); experience with Langchain, Crew.aistrong problem-solving abilitiescollaboration with cross-functional teamscontinuous learning mindset Python Langchain Crew.ai
