About the role
Service Valet Position Regal Nissan, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Valet. As a Service Valet, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicle maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with their service needs.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas, maintaining organization in the service area.
Conduct alignment checks using Hunter equipment to ensure vehicles are properly aligned for optimal performance and safety.
Perform interior cleaning by vacuuming customer vehicles to enhance overall cleanliness.
Keep the service area and customer vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
