About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations while managing the company's accounting and financial administration functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Process invoices, payments, and deposits Maintain general ledger and financial records Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Prepare financial reports and support budgeting efforts Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed Office Management Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company communications Maintain employee records and support onboarding activities Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office management experience Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience supporting a small to mid-sized business environment Payroll processing experience is a plus
