Job Title: Premium Services Associate
Monthly Pay: $4,800 - $5,400 USD per month
Summary:
Working alongside agency contacts, policyholders, carrier service teams, and internal accounting partners, the Premium Services Associate keeps premium activity moving from request through resolution. This full-time remote role supports accurate payment records, coverage-related account updates, and timely responses across Michigan.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review premium notices, payment activity, and account balances for completeness.• Research payment questions using policy, billing, and transaction records.• Coordinate with agencies and carrier teams on returned payments and account updates.• Document service requests, follow-up actions, and resolutions in assigned systems.• Support renewal-related premium inquiries and explain next steps to policyholders.• Escalate complex discrepancies according to established service procedures.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting financial accounts, policyholders, or service transactions.• Familiarity with premium payments, policy records, or account balance concepts.• Ability to interpret transaction histories and identify discrepancies.• Comfortable navigating account platforms and maintaining accurate notes.• Clear written and verbal communication with agencies and internal partners.• Sound judgment when handling sensitive payment and coverage information.
