About the role

ABOUT SIMPLIFYLarge organisations rarely have a shortage of data. The challenge is turning that data into consistent execution across hundreds of people, teams and locations. One store may outperform another. One regional leader may know exactly where to focus while another is working with the same systems and reaching a different conclusion. Simplify was built to reduce that variability. Its ProNavigator platform analyses operational performance, identifies what higher performing teams and locations are doing differently, and translates those patterns into clear actions for the people responsible for execution. The platform is designed to help organisations understand: Where performance gaps exist Which actions should be prioritised What stronger operators are doing differently Where management attention should be focused How successful practices can be repeated across the wider organisation Simplify currently works across distributed operating environments including retail, healthcare, franchise, distribution and logistics. THE COMPANYSimplify has moved beyond initial product development and is operating with enterprise customers. The company currently has: Recurring enterprise revenue Multi year customer relationships Active enterprise deployments A large scale United States retail implementation A commercial pipeline across several industries An operating Decision Support Agentic AI platform A repeatable enterprise implementation model Existing customer work has demonstrated measurable commercial and operational impact, including one engagement reporting $38 million in realised incremental revenue within the first 90 days. The harder question is why. Simplify is designed to identify the operating differences behind that performance and turn those findings into actions that can be used by the rest of the organisation. A central part of the platform is the combination of what Simplify describes as IQ and EQ.The IQ component identifies performance differences and recommends actions. The EQ component focuses on how those recommendations are communicated, understood and adopted by the person responsible for execution. The objective is not simply better analytics. It is more consistent operational performance. COMPENSATION AND ALIGNMENTThis is not a cash compensated position. WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT SIMPLIFYTraditional analytics tell management what happened. Simplify is designed to help operators determine what to do next. ProNavigator learns from stronger performers, identifies the actions associated with better results and helps distribute those actions across the organisation. The principle is straightforward: Find what the best operators already do well and make it repeatable at scale. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMITMENTSimplify welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and believes different perspectives improve strategic decision making and long term company development.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
