- 2-5 years of 3PL, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
- Proven success selling net-new business
- Knowledge of North American transportation modes
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license Core Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a full sales funnel
- Win new accounts and increase wallet share from existing customers
- Negotiate transportation contracts and rate agreements
- Deliver presentations and proposals
