About the role
Serving as a team leader in Epic Grand Central expertise, the full-time Epic Application Analyst IV will manage projects and optimization efforts, educate team members and end-users on Epic system capabilities, and resolve related issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Lead projects and optimization efforts related to Epic Grand Central modules
Educate team members and end-users on workflow best practices and system capabilities
Resolve issues arising from the Epic system to ensure effective operations
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Epic Grand Central certification required upon hire
At least 5 years of recent relevant experience
