Specialty Building Products is seeking an HR Data Analyst to maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and build dashboards to inform workforce decisions. This role collaborates with HR, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel, experience with UKG/Cognos BI, and working knowledge of SQL, plus keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
