Please find job description belowRole: Oracle Retail Business ConsultantLocation: Hybrid (Seattle WA or Vancouver Canada)Job Type: Contract | Full Time bothWe are seeking a techno-functional Business Systems Analyst who has experience in RMS, ReSA and RPM, and experience performing as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in projects revolving around Oracle Retail. Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery methodology & Scrum framework is also a must.A day in the life:Works closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Owners, Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Carry out typical SBA tasks, including:Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with product managerFacilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams.Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirementsWorking closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood.Capturing architectural decisions in requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria are aligned.Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements.Participating in user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery methodology.Utilizing artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence to facilitate requirement alignment sessionsQualifications:10+ years of overall work experience in technology field, with a minimum of 5+ of those years working as a Business System Analyst and/or as a Business Analyst. (most recent 2-3 years should be working in pure Business Systems Analyst role)Good understanding of RMS, ReSA and RPM.
