Job Highlights:

Handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
Navigate multiple systems and databases quickly to resolve customer inquiries
Assist with order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing issues, credits, and returns
Solve problems independently using critical thinking and available resources

Candidate Profile:

1+ year of customer service experience requiredHigh-volume inbound call center experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with CRM systems and SAP is a plus
