TA MSLs collaborate on medical strategies, cover multiple medicines, and share insights on patient care and total cost of care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience within assigned regions
  • Exhibit deep scientific expertise on products and therapeutic areas
  • Build relationships with external medical and scientific stakeholders
  • Engage in value and cost of care discussions, alongside scientific exchange
  • Maintain ongoing learning and adhere to industry guidelines
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Advanced clinical/science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSN, NP, PA, or BSN with extensive industry experience)
  • At least 5 years of clinical, managed care, or industry experience
  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity with safety profiles, health economics, reimbursement, and regulations
  • Preferred Experience
  • Previous field MSL experience
  • Clinical or health economics research background
  • In-depth knowledge of Phase IV/post-marketing drug development
  • Location & Travel:
This is a field role requiring significant travel, including overnight stays, with preference for those residing near major airports within the specified states.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary range is $161,300 - $299,500, based on experience and location, with potential bonuses and benefits. Relocation assistance is not provided. The role emphasizes scientific expertise, stakeholder engagement, and continuous learning to support patient outcomes.
