Description: About UsTurf Masters Lawn & Landscape is a growing landscaping company dedicated to high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a reliable and organized part-time secretary to help keep our office running smoothly.
Position Overview: This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and enjoys keeping things organized. You'll support day-to-day administrative tasks and help ensure a great experience for our customers. This is a part-time position with potential for eventual full-time.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling services and coordinating crews
  • Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system
  • Send invoices and assist with basic billing questions
  • Organize files and maintain accurate records
  • Support management with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software (QuickBooks or CRM experience is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • SchedulePart-time (approximately 15-25 hours per week)
  • Flexible scheduling available Requirements: High School Diploma
  • Driver's License
