About the role
Michigan's Adventure is seeking a motivated and business-minded student for a Retail Management Internship within our Merchandise & Games Department. Gain hands-on experience in retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, sales analysis, leadership development, and guest service while supporting more than 15 retail and games locations throughout the park. This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.
Responsibilities:
Assist with inventory management and product replenishment. Support merchandising initiatives, promotions, and retail displays. Analyze sales trends and operational performance. Assist with daily retail operations and team leadership. Support guest service initiatives and customer experience programs. Gain exposure to warehouse logistics, financial planning, and operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Currently enrolled in a college or university. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Interest in retail operations, business management, and customer experience. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
