The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales executive clients, helping them define and exceed their enterprise goals. This role involves a deep understanding of the sales function, including leadership, enablement, operations management, and the use of metrics.
The Executive Partner will be responsible for managing 20 to 30 senior executive member relationships, participating in all phases of the member lifecycle, and delivering exceptional value by orchestrating the full capability of the company. Success in this role is defined by the ability to engage members, create complete member profiles, and accurately identify and document their mission-critical priorities.
Candidates for this role must be senior business executives with a proven track record in developing and delivering sales strategies, execution, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background as a current or former SVP, EVP of Sales, CRO, CCO, or CSO, with experience leading a sales function with a significant revenue base and headcount. A university degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role.
The role demands critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide actionable, outcome-based business advice. Superior communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and manage in ambiguous situations. Experience as a client of the company is also preferred.
