Drybar Chestnut Hill is seeking a Shop Educator / Licensed Cosmetologist to lead, teach, and elevate our blowout experts. You will balance chair time with training, coaching, and team development to deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll train new stylists, monitor progress at 30/60/90 days, recruit through schools, and help grow a strong sales culture with memberships and retail. Massachusetts license required; leadership opportunity with competitive pay.
