Position: Research And Development Engineer
Experience: 2–3 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Industry Experience: Medical Device required
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities: Author and execute process validations, including TMV, IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ.Support process development, equipment specification, acquisition, and implementation. Perform design of experiments, validation testing, and data analysis for continuous improvement. Analyze equipment and processes for suitability and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and revise manufacturing documents, SOPs, validation protocols, risk assessments, specifications, and other technical documentation. Support improvements in materials, equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes. Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop and implement solutions. Provide process expertise and training related to product processing, process development, tooling, and validation. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
