Receptionist/Office Administrator (Part-time)Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Administrator. This position's primary function is providing excellent customer service to guests that contact the venue for assistance. The receptionist will be responsible for handling all customer service complaints and inquiries both before and after events. Exceptional communication is expected. This role also supports the front office by assisting with package delivery, guest visits, walking guests to their meeting location, assisting with scheduling appointments with venue leadership, and communicating with venue crew members regarding any concerns or questions. Provide general administrative support for the local office, prioritizing and managing tasks with minimal supervision. Answer and direct phone calls, email & text line inquiries with a pleasant & helpful approach. Monitoring voicemail system and returning calls in a timely manner; ensure appropriate messaging is set up. Primary point of contact for all venue complaints and customer service issues. Maintain a tracking log of all received packages and ensure they get to the correct parties. Clean and maintain venue hospitality room. Follow a provided cleaning schedule to ensure the office is clean and presentable. Maintain copy supply levels and manage service of equipment. Escorting visiting guests to their meeting locations within the venue. Maintain a secure environment within the office by ensuring no one enters without proper validation. Ensure office is properly stocked with supplies and coordinate ordering. Maintaining lost and found and badge logs. Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries. Other duties as assigned by venue management. High School Diploma. Ability to work various, flexible hours, inclusive of day and evening shifts. Must have exceptional customer service experience and a pleasant disposition. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline driven environment, while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); comfortability utilizing internet tools and social media sites. Maintain attention to detail and ability to follow provided policies and procedures. Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to build and foster professional relationships with individuals at all levels. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment. Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
