About the role

Ingredient Scooper Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Ingredient Scooper for a company based in Calera, AL.Pay Rate $15.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 3 30 pm. Must be available for mandatory overtime
Duties and Responsibilities: Read batch sheets and pull the correct spices, seasonings, and ingredients for each recipe. Weigh ingredients using scales to make sure measurements are exact. Scoop, pour, and dump ingredients into mixers and blending equipment. Move bags, boxes, and containers of ingredients around the production area. Label and stage ingredient batches for production. Clean mixers, scoops, scales, and work areas between batches.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Will request proof of High school diploma, GED or Transcript before able to start
  • Comfortable wearing a hair net and/or beard net.
  • Ability to understand basic mathematical measurements.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift barrels and boxes up to 75 pounds.
