Weekend Production Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 24.00 / hour Part Time work available Various shifts available Operate and monitor production equipment on Line 4, keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. Perform equipment changeovers, basic repairs, preventive maintenance, quality checks, and production audits. Monitor and record production, waste, downtime, efficiency, and quality a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while addressing quality and sanitation concerns. Work closely with team members and support staff, communicate important information, and assist in other plant areas as needed. Work 12-hour shifts from 4:15 PM–4:30 AM every other weekend or 4:15 AM–4:30 PM every other weekend.
Weekend Production Operator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.3+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred, but relevant mechanical or production experience may be considered. Intermediate mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and operate production equipment; comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and complete quality checks. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team. Must be available to work 12-hour shifts every other weekend and willing to work additional overtime when needed.
