About the role
- Work with the Director of Regional Retail Sales in creating and executing a regional retail business strategy for the Systems business in the United States
- Enhance the current strategic-planning and forecasting processes
- Develop and implement both short-term and long term strategic plans and goals across all product categories in order to increase Systems market share with key accounts, while acting as an individual contributor.
- Maintain contact with key markets and customers, while maximizing potential volume.
- Provide sales advice and guidance to promote and ensure overall sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, PM and Sales departments in the execution of sales objectives, strategies, and promotional programs.
- Develop and provide forecasting reporting.
- Define budget and utilize operational resources.
- Established effective relationships with customers while closely managing channel pricing and resolve any potential conflicts
- Forge new working relationships and synergies both in and outside of the organization
