About the role
To support a growing dental revenue cycle management team, the full-time salaried Client Success Lead will manage insurance billing processes, ensuring accurate claim submissions and serving as the primary point of contact for dental offices in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and submit dental claims accurately and daily, ensuring timely payment
Post insurance payments, reconcile discrepancies, and manage insurance aging effectively
Serve as the main liaison for dental offices, conducting weekly updates to keep clients informed on their revenue cycle status
Required qualifications:
At least 5 years of dental revenue cycle management experience
Deep knowledge of dental insurance plans and CDT coding
Proficiency in at least 2 dental practice management platforms, such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
Ability to work a full 8-hour day during standard business hours, Monday through Friday
A private workspace with reliable internet for client calls and confidentiality compliance
