Permit Analyst/CSR/Admin AssistantSunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening:Job Title: Permit Analyst/CSR/Admin AssistantEmployment Type: Contract / Full-TimeWork Mode: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)Schedule: Business Hours (MondayFriday)Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to support the intake, review, and processing of permit and service-related applications. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, administrative support, front desk operations, call centers, or office coordination who are comfortable working with forms, data, and customer inquiries. No prior permit experience is required training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Receive, review, and process permit or application requests for completeness and accuracyEnter and maintain application data in internal systems, databases, or tracking toolsRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding application status, requirements, and next stepsProvide clear guidance to applicants on documentation, forms, and procedural requirementsCoordinate with internal departments to route applications and resolve missing or incorrect informationTrack application progress and ensure timely follow-up and resolutionMaintain organized records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standardsPrepare basic reports, logs, or summaries related to application volume and statusDeliver professional, courteous customer service at all timesRequired Qualifications:1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, Office Assistant, Front Desk, Call Center, or Clerical rolesStrong attention to detail and accuracy when handling forms and dataComfortable working with computers and multiple systemsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar toolsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teamsStrong organizational and time-management skillsTraining & Support:Full training provided on permit processes, systems, and proceduresOngoing support from supervisors and team leadsClear process documentation and job aids availableWho Should Apply: This role is a great fit for candidates who have worked as: Customer Service Representative Administrative Assistant Office Clerk Front Desk Coordinator Call Center Agent Receptionist Data Entry ClerkIf you enjoy helping people, working with documents, and ensuring processes run smoothly, we encourage you to apply.
