You will manage multiple buildings across one campus as part of an established Project Management team.Typical projects exceed $2 million, with a current backlog of more than $10 millionWhat You’ll ManageProject schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractorsFire alarm installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and turnoverDrawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersCustomer, general contractor, vendor, and field-team communicationCost tracking, billing milestones, labor performance, and project risksMultiple buildings and active project phases across one campusQuality, safety, documentation, and project closeoutWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious Fire Alarm Project Manager experienceNew-construction fire alarm experienceExperience managing multimillion-dollar projectsStrong understanding of fire alarm installation and commissioningExperience with Notifier and VESDA systems strongly preferredNICET Level III or higher strongly preferredData center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
