This executive will be responsible for leading a multi-channel sales ecosystem, including Rep, Distribution, and OEM, and will be tasked with building scalable processes, penetrating new markets, and growing revenue across key verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial automation, power electronics, and motor control technologies, and will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales organization, and establish long-term relationships with industry partners. Candidates for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience in the applied motor control, drives, industrial automation, or power electronics sectors. A deep understanding of Rep, Distribution, and OEM sales models, as well as a successful track record in managing complex channel relationships, is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel frequently across North America and LATAM. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The successful candidate will also have strong relationships with industrial OEMs, automation integrators, and channel partners throughout the Americas, and familiarity with regional market dynamics and sales cycles in Latin America.
