About the role

Fermi Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle hiring across construction, financial, and commercial functions. You will build the recruiting engine, set processes, and partner with hiring managers on hard-to-fill roles to hire at pace. This build-phase role requires leading TA in construction/energy sectors, with travel between Dallas and Amarillo and a fast-scaling org ready to deploy a playbook rather than just execute.
