About the role
Overview American National invites aspiring entrepreneurs to become multiple‑line insurance agents. As an agent you will own and manage your own business while selling a broad portfolio of insurance products and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Identify and cultivate prospects to grow a client base.
Qualify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions across auto, home, life, agriculture, commercial, and annuities lines.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
Provide ongoing customer service and policy updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales performance targets and manage your own business operations.
Collaborate with the agency network for training, marketing and technology resources.
Training & Support Participate in a comprehensive paid training program run by Kelly OCG Services.
Receive ongoing one‑on‑one mentoring to refine sales skills and product knowledge.
Access continuing education opportunities to stay current in the industry.
Leverage company‑provided technology and customized marketing materials.

Requirements Positive criminal background and credit check.
All applicable state licenses for property & casualty and life insurance (to be obtained before hire).

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business or marketing.
Prior sales experience.
Proven track record of delivering business results.
Experience in business management.
