About the role

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring State Field Directors to lead paid canvassing programs on the ground in Georgia. Each director will own a program of 20+ canvassers, with room to grow, and will meet door-count and quality targets on a tight timeline, balancing team management with data integrity. This in-state role requires relocation, direct supervision of staff and close collaboration with the operations team to recruit, train, and oversee logistics.
