About the role

Turning Point Church is seeking a Production Director to oversee the technical production of weekend worship experiences and church events. You will lead the AVL teams, plan production, and ensure the environments are distraction-free and mission-focused. You will maintain audio, video, lighting, and related systems, while mentoring volunteers and collaborating with worship and ministry teams to build scalable production workflows across locations.
