Full-Time | Remote within the U.S. | Competitive Salary & BenefitsLAUNCHER.SOLUTIONS is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Associate to generate qualified opportunities for our SaaS lending technology. This is primarily a business development role, with marketing responsibilities that support pipeline growth and market awareness. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys researching target accounts, initiating conversations, and translating market insights into effective messaging. You should be comfortable learning a complex product and engaging prospective customers by email, phone, and Linked In.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of banks, credit unions, finance companies, and other organizations that fit our markets.• Research prospective accounts, decision-makers, business needs, and relevant industry developments to support informed outreach.• Conduct consistent, personalized outreach through email, phone, Linked In, and other appropriate channels.• Follow up promptly with prospects who engage with campaigns, events, website content, or inbound inquiries.• Introduce LAUNCHER.SOLUTIONS and its products, identify potential needs and timing, and qualify fit and interest.• Coordinate discovery conversations and product demonstrations with senior sales, product, or company leadership.• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity information in CRM and marketing systems.• Track outreach results and help refine target lists, messaging, sequences, and follow-up strategies. Marketing• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.• Create content for the company website, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, and sales collateral.• Maintain the company website using Word Press and help keep messaging and branding clear and consistent.• Support SEO, paid search, digital advertising, remarketing, and campaign-performance reporting.• Work with company leadership and product teams to translate product capabilities into effective market-facing content.• Support trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and related pre-event and post-event campaigns. This role focuses on prospecting, qualification, and meeting creation rather than independently managing complex enterprise sales cycles or closing transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in business development, sales development, demand generation, or a related B2B role.• B2B SaaS or technology experience is strongly preferred; lending, fintech, banking, credit union, or financial-services experience is highly valued.• Demonstrated comfort with prospect research and outbound communication by email, phone, and Linked In.• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex software in clear business terms.• Familiarity with CRM, prospecting, email marketing, marketing automation, or lead-generation tools.• Experience creating content for websites, email, social media, or sales materials.• Word Press experience and working knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Ads, or remarketing are beneficial.• Strong research, organizational, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Graphic design skills and experience with Photoshop or similar tools are a plus.• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus; relevant practical experience is equally valued.• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and other industry events.
