Pay based on experience - minimum pay begins at $13.60 / hr. with an extra $3.00/per hour for 3rd Shift. New - Wage increase to $14.00 after the first 6-month anniversary and to $14.50 at the 1-year anniversary. Attitude makes the difference at Martin General Stores. Primary interaction is with customers, providing fast, friendly and accurate service, with the goal of complete customer satisfaction. Associates are responsible for accurately collecting payments and properly handling all transactions. Responsible for preparing food service items as assigned.
