Title: ReceptionFull-Time ReceptionistCare Village at West Roxbury is actively looking to hire a motivated and experienced Receptionist for our Long-Term Care Facility in West Roxbury, MA. We pride ourselves in the level of professionalism our team exhibits every day, as we strive to provide the best possible care for our resident’s and team members.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, in a professional mannerScreen all visitorsMaintain office safety by screening all visitors following procedures and controlling access via the reception deskAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentableProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxingAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skills
Requirements: Must have Solid verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skillsProfessional attitude and appearanceProficiency in Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPleasant personalityFully vaccinated and booster
