About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic plan in order to meet or exceed sales targets Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ automation requirements and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate CRG Automation’s products and solutions, highlighting the benefits of our robotics, conveyance, and custom automation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing/shop, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage and nurture past client opportunities with consistent engagement for potential future projects
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position CRG Automation’s offerings strategically.
- Utilizing Salesforce, you will track all sales activities, manage accounts, opportunities, sales pipeline, and the status of proposals, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
